“Bach doesn’t tell you what to do. There are only the notes, with no articulation, no dynamic indications, no tempo. You almost have to co-compose the music with Bach.” Which he will proceed to do masterfully.”
listened to a lecture and heard a concert on Wagner”s piano… it sounded a bit like a horse-n-buggy… ghostly thumping action… but wonderful time traveling device. we heard Liszt & Brahms played in the parlor as if we were a part of it all

Homebound from Istanbul Music Festival. Mozart A major Concerto 23, serene 1st mov, intensely personal and dark 2nd mov and the most optimistic and playful 3rd mov = perfect piece of music in the time of Covid19. So grateful to play this beautiful open air concert.
