When am I likely to find out about the whereabouts of my family’s luggage from yesterday’s flight (19:50 PMO-LHR), which made it back to LHR but not into T5 (with 1000s of others).
We have no summer clothes, no toilettries, and not much hope.

What a joke of an airport and operation @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport what is going on telling people to leave the airport with no baggage because of bad planning!! Now we have to wait 48 hours minimum for our luggage and can’t even come and collect them.

LHR T5 arrivals - Toilets have apparently been closed and all passengers asked to report missing baggage via an online link and been asked to disperse from T5 immediately.

No toilets ? Really ?
