It was a pleasure meeting the remarkable young innovators of Team Sea Sakthi from Kumaraguru Institutions, Coimbatore.

Congratulations on winning the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation – Sustainable Yachting Technology Award at the 13th Monaco Energy Boat Challenge, one of the world's premier competitions for sustainable marine technology. Competing against 46 teams from across the globe, Team Sea Sakthi's breakthrough innovation in battery safety using Phase Change Materials (PCM) for advanced thermal management is a proud achievement for Tamil Nadu and India.

We also had an engaging conversation on innovation, gender, democracy, public policy and governance. It was inspiring to interact with such bright young minds who are not only pushing the frontiers of engineering but are also thoughtful, socially conscious and deeply interested in shaping a better future.

My appreciation to Kumaraguru Institutions for nurturing an ecosystem that encourages innovation, excellence and responsible leadership. Institutions that empower young people to excel in technology while remaining connected to society are building the India of tomorrow.
