A new approach to community-driven token launches on Solana.

What is TEAMWORK?

TEAMWORK is being built as a collaborative launchpad on Solana, integrated with @Pumpfun .

The idea is simple:

Instead of launching alone, communities can come together, pool SOL, participate in a token launch and receive allocations based on their individual contributions.

One community. One launch. Shared ownership.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Here's the intended process:

1. Create a Launch Room

An organizer creates a launch room with the token's name, ticker, metadata, funding limits and launch details.

2. Join the Community

Participants connect their Solana wallets and can optionally link their X accounts.

3. Pool SOL Together

Every participant contributes SOL to a dedicated vault assigned to that specific launch.

4. Launch Through https://t.co/qYfkQZj7gn

The pooled funds are intended to execute the token creation and coordinated initial purchase through https://t.co/qYfkQZj7gn.

5. Claim Your Allocation

After a successful launch, participants can claim their share of the purchased tokens.

HOW IS TOKEN ALLOCATION CALCULATED?

TEAMWORK follows a proportional allocation model.

Your share is calculated using:

Your eligible SOL contribution ÷ Total eligible SOL contributions.

That percentage determines your share of the tokens actually purchased by the launch vault.

Contribute 10% of the eligible pool? You receive 10% of the purchased allocation.

Simple. Transparent. Contribution-based.

BUILT AROUND TRANSPARENCY

Our technical architecture is designed around:

• Isolated on-chain vaults for individual launches.
• No unilateral organizer withdrawals.
• Publicly verifiable contribution records.
• Deterministic token allocation.
• Individual token claiming.
• Defined refund mechanisms for failed or cancelled launches.
• Disclosed creator-reward destinations and fees.

The objective is to reduce the need for participants to blindly trust an individual organizer.

We want to build reusable infrastructure that allows different communities to organize, coordinate and participate in launches together.
