@vrbo There is no worse crime a services company can commit than to not be able to satisfactorily address a customer who has had bad experience with your company. Your CS staff are not trained, they don't have tools and they are not empowered to solve the customers problems.
Your policies are laughable and you seem to have no idea who actually pays your bills.
I have had 2 terrible experiences with your customer service and you really do not seem to care. Sorry is really not enough when you offer nothing else.
