If you want to fix your gut health, here's every tip I could come up with:
1. Stop drinking alcohol.
I saw a TikTok where a woman said if you need a quick request from God to write it down and put it in your bible under Psalms 102 and come back with your testimony when it’s finished. The stories had me like omg 🥹💘 10/10 recommend.
Being financially comfortable is absolutely enough for me. I don’t have to be the richest, I just want to always be able to eat what I want , go where I want , pay my bills on time....That’s all.
Hlengiwe Mhlaba was absolutely in her bag when she recorded Sewakhile. She made sure that when you listen to the song your heart is in it too, you relate to it in an unspeakable way. "Uyathwala umthwalo wam, umhlobo wam" i just---🥺🥺🥺🥺
Guys, if you lose interest in a person, please make them aware. The coldness in your tone and texts, the emptiness in your hugs, and spaces in your conversations... calls not answered, those things hurt more than if you were to tell the truth, because they are like a slow death
Bumped into her at Kunye and chilled and spoke to her a bit. She knew every DJ that went on, Vibed and minded her own business. My friend and I kept asking ourselves who she was .. Such a sweet lady ♥️
A man coming back at 23:00 with silly excuses and texting with his phone faced away from you is not a feeling. It is a sign. Stop confusing signs+insecurity with feelings. When you get to a red light do you say the government is giving you a feeling that you must stop?
It’s year end. Let’s share with each other sermons and podcasts which have carried you and changes your life?
