Do we still want to vote for them in such circumstances. They looted to a point were they cant employ even junior Drs. If any of these Drs start to apply for work in countries like Canada who are constantly looking for Drs I wont blame them for leaving SA.

I'm trying to figure this out and I may be wrong.

They were sent on scholarships to study in Cuba and they've come home to no jobs. But, what about the Cuban doctors who have come here at our expense? Would they not have the same qualifications as the South African students?

@Jatin92 yes we were sent2Cuba2study and now2come home to no jobs. The ICSP excluded us when placed other doctors. This is unfair because we are also south Africans willing and fully equipped to serve our fellow south Africans. We just ask2 be given opportunity. #unemployeddoctorsinsa

@Zama_B02 The NDoH needs to account for the "algorithm" which selected the locally trained Drs. There is a shortage of Drs in this 3rd wave of covid, the ones that have already been placed are over worked and not paid for extra work and hours while being exposed to covid on a daily basis.
