I live in PA and voted by mail. My ballot was mailed on 10/7 and received on 10/21 as indicated through online tracking.

Today, when I checked my ballot status it says:

RECORD - BALLOT RETURNED

I am unclear as to whether my ballot was counted or not. @JoshShapiroPA
