If there is one single trait those in the education field have had to learn during this pandemic is DAILY FLEXIBILITY. As adaptable as I am, even I'm finding it exhausting to keep up w/the constant changes.

While we lament in education - esp. elementary - about not being able to hug, high five, etc... how can we turn it around and be creative in the new ways to connect? To show joy and celebration as well as empathy?
