@ICICIBank_Care In yr downloaded statement, Tran remarks column has Mode, receiver name, recvr UPI, user entered comments & UPI ID, all in the same column. Worse, user comments are truncated. Very messy. Pl print receiver name & user-entered comments fully, as a separate columns.

@ICICIBank_Care Your Credit card statement on IMobile doesn’t show the merchant name. Just showing the date, UPI no and amount doesn’t help understand the transaction. Ux forgotten. (No need for DM, it is the same for all)
