@nico_jeannen I really feel that the biggest mistake indie hackers do is not treating their projects as businesses, I’m not here to judge you, but hiring people can help you delegate things and postpone burn out. But again, you might have done that already lol

@levelsio I think their margins are usually lower because of their big payrolls, fancy offices and what have you. The outbid part is true though, but you have better chances on tiktok and social media. But yea I get your point lol, you’re already getting that for free on X.
