@engageinspire22 @tomwhitby I wish I was able to be part of his post conference so that I could see how this situation help him learn and grow. And how is evaluation impacted mine. I do know he chose to be observed while observing me. So that’s a good thing, right?

@engageinspire22 @tomwhitby 🤷‍♀️I was just told not to worry that the assistant sup. was there to evaluate my principal. This person was then also on the post conference for that evaluation and took notes the whole time and asked me a ton of questions. It was a bit nerve wracking for me.

Last quarter I had an @RMSPRIDE 8th grader in digital skills who really understood my love of @Oreo and pitched the Moreo. Imagine my surprise when I saw this at the grocery store. It’s like the heard his 💡 idea!
