If you cheapen and waste the sacred and priceless blood of Jesus Christ, you are desecrating the grace of God. If you don't know the value of grace, you are not covered by that grace.

Day 14 of Prayers for Pastor Kumuyi At 85
Father, provide for your servant abundantly. Your word says, “My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4: 19). Lord, let there be no lack in his life and ministry. Provide resources, provide support, provide people, provide everything required for the work. Let abundance flow. In Jesus mighty name, amen.

Day 13 of Prayers for Pastor Kumuyi At 85
Father, be the shield and defense of your servant. As it is written, “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?” (Psalm 27 :1). Lord, protect him from every danger, seen and unseen. Let no evil come near him. Let no harm overtake him. Let him fear nothing. Let there be 247 protection round about him. Surround him with your presence continually. In Jesus mighty name, amen.

Day 11 of Prayers for Pastor Kumuyi At 85
Father, increase the faith of your servant. The disciples asked and prayed, “Lord, increase our faith” (Luke 17:5). Let his faith grow stronger and deeper. Let him trust you beyond human reasoning. Let him believe you for greater works, greater impact, and greater manifestations of your power. Let doubt have no place in his heart. In Jesus mighty name, amen.

If you only bring one thing to the table, you’re one situation away from being irrelevant.
Don’t rely on one strength. Build multiple forms of value.
The more you bring, the harder it is to replace you.
Today is exactly one month to Pastor Kumuyi’s 85th birthday, and from today till that day, I'll be praying for him, and posting such here too.
Day 1.
Father, I thank you for your servant Pastor Kumuyi, for how you called and kept him in the light of Christ for more than 60 years now, thank you for calling him to serve you in this generation, thank you for how you've helped him to be faithful, thank you for the seal of your calling upon him through mighty signs and wonders, thank you for the fruits you've given him, thank you for his immediate physical family, thank you for the ministry you have him - the Deeper Life Bible Church, thank you for the global outreaches, thank you for the favor you've shown him, thank you Lord for everything in his life, in Jesus mighty name, amen.
I don’t think it’s always isolation in the negative sense.
A lot of people we call “intelligent” tend to be more aware of how environments affect them. After a while, constant noise, shallow conversations, or performative interactions just become draining.
So it’s less about avoiding people and more about protecting their mental energy.
And the more you think deeply, the harder it is to find conversations that actually interest you. It’s not even that others are boring, sometimes it’s just not the same wavelength.
And sometimes, being alone is simply where they think best.
