@AirIndiaX , flight got cancelled after taking off and unable to land
Was instructed to talk with the chatbot for full refund, but it is not continuing with it cause i have "boarded", please look into it.
@AirIndiaX People book flights because of the time benefit, and having bad UI/UX to the point you are wasting half an hour when we are in my case paying a 7 times premium compared to trains, is unacceptable in my sight.
Used to a very good experience with @AirIndiaX, using them monthly to trimonthy for around 2 years now
this time, however, had an horrible experience
It took me nearly 40 minutes to successfully check in .

@AirIndiaX i had to check in again, which this time the website failed, and the app worked? atleast didnot ask for a payment this time, and it finally worked. Overall took me around 40mins to do something that used to be done in 5 minutes earlier.
