yes, but only with the right formats
99% of the people on twitter showing you AI UGC services for organic are not able to run the formats that actually convert. the systems they use are way too expensive. and when they do the math they quickly realize that running AI UGC would end up costing more than just hiring real creators to make the videos for them.
so they settle for formats that get views but don't convert nearly as well on organic. the talking fruit dramas. the motion control dancing videos. the ai slideshows etc
and yes these formats can convert sure. but they are never going to hit the same numbers as a talking head video with a good script where someone is speaking directly to the viewer.
why do you think real successful UGC programs mostly use talking head formats when they're marketing products? because they work. people keep trying to reinvent the wheel with AI when we already know what converts from real UGC data. just take what works from real UGC programs and put it into AI form and make it better / test more extreme & unique concepts.
let me give you a real example. millions of Americans think they have ADHD and they are constantly looking for the next solution to help them focus. let's say you have a product that helps people with ADHD and you're trying to reach a 21 year old college girl who thinks she has it.
an AI slideshow can work sure. a motion control video can get you views. but a talking head video where someone who looks just like her is speaking directly to her problems and describing exactly what she's been feeling and struggling with? she's watching that all the way through. and shes much more likely to feel like you actually understand her. which also increases the likelihood of her clicking that link or searching up your product because in her mind this is finally the answer to everything she's been dealing with
before V3 running these talking head formats with AI made no sense economically. you would be paying $20 for a 60 second Seedance video that you might have to regenerate three or four times before you get something usable. and at that point you might as well just hire a real creator to do it.
my V3 system does 30 second high quality high converting UGC formats for around 13-16 cents. i can iterate a video 20 different times testing different scripts and angles and it will still cost less than what one real UGC video would have cost me.
every successful AI UGC program running right now is only targeting Facebook grandmas due to the AI model limitations that they have. so they have to target people 50 plus who can't tell that the videos are AI. if they tried running those same videos targeting a younger demographic nobody would buy anything. because when younger people notice AI they scroll right past it without a second thought
my V3 system is realistic enough that younger audiences don't even question whether it's AI or not. that 21 year old college girl with ADHD is going to watch a V3 video without ever thinking it's artificial. which means we can sell products to people under 40 instead of being stuck only going after boomers on Facebook.
and just because it's AI it doesn't mean the principles of what makes a real UGC program work go out the window. you still need good scripts & hooks. you still need to understand your audience. you still need to channel their desires properly.
but AI removes all the negatives that come with running a real UGC program..
no more creators refusing to post certain things because they don't feel comfortable. no more waiting weeks for iteration times. no more lazy creators ghosting you after you already paid them. you get all the benefits of a real UGC program without having to deal with any of the headaches.
my V3 system is currently the only way to run an organic AI UGC program at scale with formats that actually lead to conversions & make sense economically
currently, nothing else on the market comes close to touching this
here's a recent video i made with V3:
(cost me $0.63)
this video is 100% AI....
heres exactly how i made it:
> use the sora 2 prompting guide + claude
> put the prompt into sora 2 pro
> upscaled in topaz
there's a lot of noise about new AI video tools every single day
but sora 2 has remained one of the best models for AI ads and AI UGC for a while now and it still stands close to the top
for one shot clips sora 2 is still unmatched. when you have a dialed prompt the output quality is insane
seedance 2.0 will give it a run for its money but as of right now sora 2 is still really good
they also just added realistic image to video and it's actually solid...
the space is moving quick but don't sleep on the tools that have been working
$92k/month ads are now using AI “doctor commentary” formats
a skincare demo plays on screen
a doctor appears in the corner explaining what’s happening
the format feels like expert analysis, not an ad
viewers think they’re watching a professional break down a real treatment
that’s why it holds attention
problem on screen
expert commentary below
solution explained in real time
ai now generates the doctor, the explanation, and endless variations of the same format
one concept
dozens of videos
volume finds the winners
rt + comment “doctor” and i’ll send the structure
