I'm a Mechanical Engineering graduate and a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist. I understand systems, human behaviour, performance optimisation, and how to identify what isn't working and fix it.

Manchester United clearly needs all four.

My engineering background will help me analyse the team's structural problems, while my marketing experience will help me understand player psychology, manage egos, improve team morale, and rebuild the club's relationship with its fans.

As a lifestyle marketer, I also understand the importance of habits, routines, and consistency. We cannot be losing matches on Saturday and posting motivational quotes on Monday like nothing happened.

My first assignment will be to audit the players' lifestyles, identify performance gaps, and develop a personalised improvement strategy for every player.

I don't think people criticizing the scenario automatically makes them haters. If you present a situation without context, people will react to what they see. That's a normal human response.

The fact that Eric has done impactful things for years doesn't mean he's above criticism. You can appreciate someone's contributions and still disagree with a particular action.

If anything, the experiment should show how people react to a situation, not become a test of their loyalty to Eric. If it was staged, simply clarify that it was staged. Not everyone who criticized the video yesterday is a hater.
