This is the best wild place in Texas - if not the US.

At the request of the NIH FOIA office, we limited these FOIAs to the bare basics: emails to/from Daszak, emails with "Gain of Function."

We excluded links, articles, etc. Just wanted emails. It was simple and time-specific.

They quoted us $328,000 for these documents.🤷‍♂️

Some interesting info - our FOIA for the Morens-Daszak requests are included in the indictment.

The issue wasn't just Morens hiding/deleting his emails.

It was also the fact that the NIH FOIA office didn't want to produce anything at all. Let me explain...

The Southern Poverty Law Center has been indicted. 11 counts of wire fraud and false statements.

SPLC funneled over $3 million to persons in extremist groups - including the KKK and American Nazi Party.

The extremists the SPLC investigated were on the SPLC payroll.

As someone who lived for years on the border, I support security. I support a wall where it is necessary.

But it’s not necessary in Big Bend or in Big Bend Ranch State Park.

The benefits are minimal (if any) and the costs are much too great.

Please save the parks.

This issue has brought together liberals and conservatives, environmentalists and outdoorsmen. Locals of all persuasions.

Not only is the landscape threatened but also the dark sky. Big Bend is one of the best places to view the stars in the lower 48. That is now at risk.

According to a DOJ prosecutor's memo from 2016, Jean-Luc Brunel possessed photos of Epstein with potentially young girls

Brunel was concerned with criminal exposure - a friend advised him to delete the pics

The FBI tracked Brian Cole's bomb making equipment purchases to Home Depot and WalMart.

His cell phone pinged the area of the RNC and DNC on January 5, 2021.

His car was placed a half mile from the bombs on January 5.

A federal judge has dismissed the case against James Comey.

Reasoning: “the Attorney General’s attempt to install Ms. Halligan as Interim U.S. Attorney for EDVA was invalid.”

Judge concludes “Halligan had no lawful authority to present the indictment”

Expect a quick appeal.

So the Democrat position is that Virginia Giuffre - a victim of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell - was lying under oath when she cleared Trump of wrongdoing.

Giuffre can't defend her statements because she committed suicide in April 2025.

Convenient timing.
