7 de Diciembre in #Uruguay is a settlement composed of around 60 families. The particular thing about this area is that, in 2012, 47 of them began the management plans for purchasing the land, setting monthly installments for one year.

The "Building New Beginnings" project began in November 2021 and ended in April this year.

It was a collaborative project between the leaders and families of the El Caserío Chiachal community in #Guatemala, one of the communities most affected by the ETA and IOTA storms.

It is an opportunity to work with a triple impact, tangible and short-term tool that generates value for the company, the environment and the employees.
