IVAN–RHEA TANDEM REUNITES 😍
It was a trip down memory lane as "Pinoy Abroad" hosts Ivan Mayrina and Rhea Santos reunited in Vancouver, Canada, once again delivering their iconic lines and making fans feel like it was 2005 all over again.
"It didn’t take much for both of us to recall the lines, and only a few times—two takes to be exact-to deliver them like it was 2005 all over again," Ivan wrote in his Instagram post.
Moreover, Rhea described their friendship as "like no other": It’s Canada day here… and realized I’m also celebrating a kind of friendship like no other! Kahit malayo man, malapit din. It’s so great to deliver these lines again with you - same energy and craziness… but older and wiser!

@Insta360service@insta360 Thank you! I suggested this (Adaptive Tone in Single-Lens Mode) because I noticed that there's a growing number of vloggers who use the Insta360 X5 exclusively in Single-Lens mode. I think you should look into it. Cheers!
@insta360@Insta360service Hello, Insta360 fam! May I suggest a new feature for the X5 that can be sent via firmware upgrade? Do you think you can give us Adaptive Tone on Single-Lens Mode for saving battery? Thanks!

Welcome to Ateneo Men’s Volleyball Team, Ranidel De Ocampo Jr.! 💙
To most people, he is known as “Kuya Amor,” the street vendor selling cotton candy. But to his daughter, he was something else entirely—the very reason she kept going in life.
For 23-year-old Andriana Joy Nepacina, a Legal Management graduate from the Ateneo de Manila University, her father’s work was never something to be ashamed of. Growing up, she would sometimes go with him, holding plastic bags while he worked the cotton candy machine, watching how something as simple as candy became the reason their family survived day by day.
“Hindi ko siya nakitang sumuko,” she told The Philippine STAR. Even when tired, even when the day was not kind, her father would still show up, still push the cart, still find a way. And that became the standard she would live by.
She eventually became a scholar under the Office of Admission and Aid (Ateneo), something she describes as life-changing. But even with the scholarship, college was never easy. Nepacina admitted it was challenging for her to fit in with students from different backgrounds.
Despite personal struggles, her parents became her motivation to persevere. Every time she felt exhausted or out of place, she would think of her father outside, pushing that cart again the next day like nothing was impossible. “Kung sila hindi sumusuko para sa akin, paano ako susuko para sa kanila?”
Now a graduate, she sees her degree as more than her own achievement. For Nepacina, it belongs to her parents too, especially her father, who has spent years selling cotton candy to send her to school.
And when she talks about him, it always comes back to gratitude, pride, and a promise that this is only the beginning. “Papa, simula pa lang ‘to,” she said. “Hindi pa dito nagtatapos.”
For her, success was never just about her own story. It was about honoring where she came from—and making sure the cotton candy cart that once carried her dreams won’t have to carry the same weight forever. (Photos courtesy of Andriana Nepacina)
