But in our society there's normally 1 earner with many dependents & I have seen many turning people away from insurance (including some in my family). You won't appreciate it until the day u need it.

I know it's a well known issue with billing inflation, but we live in a society where one really bad medical emergency can bankrupt someone.

Renting out to the same person for a long time also has risks especially in light of some recent court ruling. When it comes to residential property, possession is a must.
