Ambassador Beyene Participates in Regional Ministerial Steering Committee Meeting

Ambassador Beyene Russom, Eritrea’s Ambassador to Kenya, participated in the Fourth Regional Ministerial Steering Committee meeting, convened in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, on 18 August under the theme “Advancing Africa’s Health Security and Sovereignty: Predictable and Innovative Investment in Maternal and Child Health and Primary Health Care.”

Representing Ms. Amina Nurhusein, Minister of Health, Ambassador Beyene addressed the meeting and outlined Eritrea’s community-based approach to primary health care.

“Eritrea strongly believes that resilient primary health care is the foundation of both improved health outcomes and stronger health security. We have invested in a community-based primary health care system anchored in a cost-effective Basic Health Care Package that extends essential services to rural, remote and nomadic communities,” Ambassador Beyene said.

Noting that Eritrea’s health policy does not stand alone, Ambassador Beyene said that the Government’s broader approach is to reach marginalized communities with an integrated package of basic services, including education, water, agriculture and other essential services.

Ambassador Beyene reiterated Eritrea’s readiness to share its experiences, learn from fellow member states and support regional collaboration.

Mai Nefhi College of Engineering and Technology has Conferred 1st Degrees and Diplomas to 297 Graduates - 25% of whom are female - in its 19th Commencement today.

ኣብ ኣደራሽ ሳዋ፡ ካብ ኤርትራ ዝመጸት ጉጅለ ባህሊ፡ ንሓድነትን ፍቕርን ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዘጕልሕ፡ ንሃገራዊ ወኒ ተሳተፍቲ ዝቕስቅስ ደርፍታት ኣቐሪባ። ፈስቲቫል ኤርትራ ብፍላይ ኣብ ደገ፡ መሰረት ታሪኽናን ባህልናን ሓድነትናን ጽንዓትን ዘንጸባርቕ ኮይኑ፡ ምስ መንግስትናን ህዝብናን ዘራኽብ ዓቢ ድልድል እዩ።

ጽንዓትን መኸተን ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ካብ ጥንቲ እናተወራረሰ ���መጸ እዩ። ፈስቲቫላትና ድማ ንመንእሰያት ደቅና ባህሎም፣ መንነቶም፣ ጽንዓቶምን ሃገራውነቶምን ዝወርሱሉ መድረኽ እዩ። ብዙሓት ራእይን ተስፋን ሃገሮም ዝኾኑ መንእሰያት ብዝተፈላለየ ዓውደ ትምህርቲ ትምህርቶም ዛዚሞም ኣብ’ቲ ፈስቲቫል ኣብ ቅድሚ ወለዶምን ነጋድያን ፈስቲቫልን ብድምቀት ተመሪቖም።

ኣብቲ ፈስቲቫል፡ ንህንጸት ሃገር ዝገልጽን ንመንእሰያት ሓላፍነት ዘሰክምን ዝተፈላለየ መሃሪ መጽናዕታዊ ጽሑፋትን ግጥምን፡ ከምኡ’ውን ናይ ስነ/ጽሑፍ ውድድር ተኻዪዱ። ዝተዓወቱ ድማ ሽልማት ተዓዲሎም። ኣብ ኣደራሽ መንእሰያት ድማ፡ ንባህሊ፡ መንነትን ታሪኽን ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝገልጽ ዘተ ተኻዪዱ። ብበቲ ዝተማህርዎ ዓውዲ ኣብ ሃገሮም ከይዶም ከገልግሉ ድማ ባይታ ተነጺፉሎም ከምዘሎ ተሓቢሩ። ብዙሓት መንእሰያት እውን ነቲ ዝቐረበ ሓሳብ ሓንጎፋይ ኢሎም ተቐቢሎሞ። እቶም ኤርትራዊ ሃገራዊ መንነቶም ዝዓጠቑ መንእሰያት፡ ናይ ወለዶም ታሪኽ ወሪሶም፡ ተወዲቦም ኣብ ኩሉ ዕማማት ፈስቲቫል፡ ሓይሊ ዕማም ብምቛም፡ እቲ ዝበዝሐ ንጥፈታት መደባት ፈስቲቫል ባዕላቶም ምዕማሞም ነቲ ዓቢ ወለዶ ተስፋ ዝህብ እዩ።

ናይ ሎምዘበን ጽንብል ፈስቲቫል፡ ብሳላ’ቲ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ክወስዶ ዝጸንሐን ዘሎን ዕዉትን ኣድማዕን ዲፕሎማስያዊ ዝምድናታት፡ ነቲ ዝጸንሐ ማሕንቖታት ባብ ኣርሕዩ ክበሃል ይከኣል።

ኣብቲ ናይ ክልተ መዓልቲ መደብ ፈስቲቫል ኤርትራውያን ኣብ ጀርመን፡ ብዙሓት ኤርትራውያን ካብ ምሉእ ጀርመንን ካልኦት ሃገራት ኤውሮጳን ተረኺቦም ነይሮም። ኤርትራውያን ደቀንስትዮ ብጅግንነተን፣ ለውሃተን፣ ጽፉፍ ስርሐንን ተወፋይነተን ኣብ ዓለም ኣብነት ዝኾና እየን።፣ ከምኡ ብምዃነን ድማ፡ ነቲ ፈስቲቫል ክዉን ንምግባር ኣቐዲመን ክዳለዋ ቀንየን። መንእሰያት ሃማደኤ ድማ ኣሰር ኣደታተን ብምስዓብ፡ ብማሕበር ተጠርኒፈን ኣብ ኩሉ ንጥፈታት ተዋሲአን።

ዓመታዊ ፈስቲቫልና! ንሃገራዊ መኸተና ኰሊዑ፡ ሓድነትና ኣትሪሩ፡ ንመንነትና ስምዒ ብርሃን ዘድመቐ ከም ምዃኑ መጠን፡ ከም ባህሊ እናተወራረሰ ዝመጸን ዝቕጽልን ዘሎ እዩ። ኣብ ውሽጥን ወጻእን ብድምቀት ዓንቢቡ፡ ዓመታዊ ተበሃጊን ተናፋቕን ሃገራዊ ንግደት እዩ። ተመክሮና እንለዋወጠሉን ናፍቖትና እነውጽኣሉን፡ ክብርታትና ናብ ሓድሽ ወለዶ እነውርሰሉን መድረኽ ድማ እዩ። ወትሩ እናማዕበለ ዝኸይድ ሃብታም ሃገራዊ መኣዲ ብምዃኑ፡ ብዝሰፍሐ መንገዲ ክቕጽል ተሳተፍቲ ናይቲ ፈስቲቫል ርእይቶኦም ገሊጾም።

ኣወሃሃዲ ሽማግለ ፈስቲቫል፡ ኣባላት ሓይሊ ዕማምን ባይቶ ፈስቲቫል፡ ግዱሳት ሃገራውንያ ዜጋታትን ድማ ስለ’ቲ ደኺምና ከይበሉ ኣብ ምድላዋት ናይቲ ፈስቲቫል ብምሉእ ሓላፍነትን ተገዳስነትን ዝሰርሕዎ ስራሕ ተመጒሶም። ኣብዚ ናይ ሎምዘበን ምውህሃድ ፈስቲቫል፡ ብብዝሒ ተሳታፍነት መንእሰያት ምንባሩ ፍሉይነት ነይሩዎ። እዚ ድማ ኣብ ኩሉ መዳይ ዕዉት ምውርራስ ይካየድ ከምዘሎ ዘመስክር እዩ።

ኣብቲ ፈስቲቫል፡ ካብ ኤርትራ ዝመጸት ጉጅለ ባህሊ፡ መዓልታዊ ምኡዝ ሃገራዊ ዜማታት ብምቕራብ ንተሳተፍቲ ኣዘናጊዓ። ብጀካ እዚ ኣብ ጀርመን ዝርከቡ ሃገራውያን ስነጥበበኛታት ብድራማ፡ ተዋስኦን ሃገራዊ ደርፍታትን ነቲ ፈስቲቫል ኣማዕሪጎሞ። ተሳተፍቲ ብኹሉ እንግዶት ኣዝዮም ዕጉባት ምዃኖም ድሕሪ ምግላጽ፡ ኣብ ዝኾነ እዋን ካብኦም ዝድለ ከምወትሩ ቅሩብነቶም ኣረጋጊጾም። እዚ መግለጺ ኤርትራዊ ባህሊ፡ ፍቕርን ሓድነትን ዝኾነ ፈስቲቫል ክቕጽልን ብዘይሕለል ጻዕሪ ክድፍኣሉን ከምዘለዎ ደጊሞም ኣተሓሳሲቦም። ኣብ መዛዘሚ ናይቲ ፈስቲቫል ድማ፡ ተሳተፍቲ መኸተኦም ከም ወትሩ ከምዘሐይሉን: ኣብ ጎድኒ መንግስቶምን ህዝቦምን ኮይኖም ኣብ ህንጸት ሃገሮም ብግብሪ ከምዝሳተፉን ዳግም ኣረጋጊጾም።

እቲ “ጽንዓትና ዋሕስና” ኣብ ትሕቲ ዝብል ቴማ፡ ኣብ ኮማዊ ዳሳት፡ ሰለስተ ኣደራሻት - ኣዳራሽ ሳዋ ፡ ደንደንን ኣዳልን ብ 11 ሓምለ ዝተኸፍተ ፈስቲቫል፡ ልዑል ሃገራዊ መንፈስ ብዝዓሰሎ ሃዋህው ኣማስያኡ ብ12 ሓምለ ብዝኽሪ ሰማእታት ተዛዚሙ። #Eritrea

Commendable Activities in Enhancing the Teaching-Learning Process

Commendable community participation in enhancing the teaching-learning process has been reported in Adi-Keih sub-zone. The report was presented at an activity-assessment meeting conducted in Adi-Keih on 13 and 14 July.

According to the report presented at the meeting, commendable activities have been carried out in renovating schools, constructing additional classrooms, and improving the livelihoods of teachers.

The promotion rate to the next grade during the 2025/2026 academic year was also reported to be about 90%.

Noting that encouraging efforts have been made to ensure equitable participation in education, Mr. Beyene Tesfay, Head of the Education Office in the sub-zone, said that an investment of over 300,000 Nakfa had been made to encourage school-age children in the eastern escarpment to attend school.

Mr. Habtay Tesfazgi, Administrator of the sub-zone, called for regular meetings with area administrators to sustain the growing enrolment of students.

The participants conducted extensive discussions on the report presented and adopted various recommendations.

Adi-Keih sub-zone has 87 educational facilities, ranging from pre-schools to high schools, providing educational services to over 17,000 students.

ኣብ ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ ዝረአ ዘሎ ፖለቲካዊ ምስሕሓባትን ስልታዊ ምቅይያራትን ንታሪኽን ሕግን መሳርሒ ፕሮፓጋንዳ ናይ ምግባር ሓደገኛ ዝንባለ የርኢ ኣሎ። ካብቶም ኣብዚ ዳሕረዋይ እዋን ብወገን ሰልፊ ብልጽግናን ወከልቱን ብሰፊሑ ክዝርግሑ ዝጸንሑ ግጉያት ትረኻታት እቲ ዝዓበየ፡ “ኤርትራ ንኢትዮጵያ ንምድኻምን ንምዕናውን ብውዲታውያን ሓይልታት ዝተፈጥረት ሃገር እያ” ዝብል ስነ-ሓሳባዊ ፈጠራ እዩ።

እዚ ብመራሕቲ ብልጽግና ዝዝርጋሕ ዘሎ ሕሱር ግን ከኣ ሓደገኛን መናቐጽን ትረኻ፡ ንታሪኻዊን ሕጋውን መንነት ኤርትራን ህዝባን ዝኽሕድ ነውራም ፕሮፖጋንዳ እዩ። እዚ ዓይነት ናይ ታሪኽ ጥምዘዛን ፕሮፖጋንዳዊ ቅጥፈትን፡ ነቲ ኣብዚ ዞባ ዘሎ ሓቀኛ ታሪኻዊ ምዕባለታትን መ���ረተ-ሓቅታትን ዝኽሕድ ብምዃኑ፡ ብሰነዳትን ብቑዓት ሕጋውያን ጭብጥታትን ክምርመር ከሎ ፈጺሙ ፍሹል ምዃኑ ይረጋገጽ። ታሪኽን ሕግን ከም ዝምስክሩዎ፡ ህልውና ኤርትራ ብስምምዕ ወይ ብደገፍ ሓይልታት ዘይኮነስ፡ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ብሰንኪ ጂኦፖለቲካዊ ረብሓታት ዓበይቲ ሃገራት ዝተሓረሞ መሰል ናጽነት ንምምላስ ብዘካየዶ መሪር ቃልሲ ዝተረጋገጸ ታሪኻዊ ሓቂ እዩ።

እዚ “ውዲት” ዝብል ድኹም ትረኻ፡ ብቐንዱ ከም “ናይ ፖለቲካዊ ቅልውላው መተንፈሲ” (smokescreen) ኮይኑ ከገልግል ዝተማህዘ ስነ-ኣእምሮኣዊ ጸወታ እዩ። መራሕቲ ብልጽግና፡ ነቲ ኣብ ውሽጢ ሃገሮም ዘሎ ዓሌታዊ ውጥረት፡ ቁጠባዊ ውድቀትን ስእነት ምርግጋእን ንምሽፋን፡ ወትሩ ደ��ዊ ምስምስ ከናድዩ ይረኣዩ። ንኤርትራ ከም ናይ ውዲት ፍርያት ገይርካ ምቕራብ፡ ነቲ ኣብ መንጎ ክልቲኦም ህዝብታት ዘሎ ናይ ነዊሕ ዓመታት ሰላማዊ ዝምድናታት ንምብካል ዝዓለመ እኳ እንተኾነ፡ ታሪኻውያን ሰነዳት ግን ፍጹም ተጻራሪ ሓቂ እዮም ዘርእዩ። እዚ ዓይነት ናይ ታሪኽ ጥምዘዛ ንድሕሪት ናይ ምምላስ ሃቐነን፡ ንዂናት መመኻነዪ ንምንዳይ ዝተኣልመ ነውራምን ሕሱርን ውዲት ጥራይ እዩ። እዚ ኣብ ዓለም እቲ ዝሓሰረ ፕሮፖጋንዳ ተባሂሉ ክጽዋዕ ዝግባእ ትረኻ፡ ነቲ ብደምን ረሃጽን ሚልዮናት ዝተሃንጸ ሃገራዊ መንነት ብምኽሓድ፡ ፖለቲካዊ መኽሰብ ንምእካብ ዝግበር ዘይሓላፍነታዊ ዕንደራ እዩ።

ነቲ ሓቂ ካብ መጀመርታኡ ንምርዳእ፡ ናብቲ ድሕሪ ካልኣይ ኲናት ዓለም ዝነበረ መድረኽ ምምላስ የድሊ። ኤርትራ ኣብ 1941 ካብ መግዛእቲ ጣልያን ምስ ወጸት፡ ብመሰረት ሕጋዊ ስርዓት ዓለምን ውሳነ ውድብ ሕቡራት ሃገራትን መሰል ናጽነታ ኣብ ክንዲ ዝኽበረላ፡ ብሰንኪ ጂኦፖለቲካዊ ረብሓታት ሕቡራት መንግስታት ኣመሪካን መሻርኽታን ግን ብፈደረሽን ምስ ኢ���ዮጵያ ከም እትቚረን ተገይሩ። ኣብቲ እዋን እቲ፡ ኣመሪካ ኣብ ቀይሕ ባሕሪ ስትራተጂያዊ ረብሓታታ ንምሕላው ክትብል፡ ንኤርትራ ንሃጸይ ሃይለስላሰ ክትህባ ወሲና። እዚ ህያብ’ዚ፡ ንኢትዮጵያ ንምድኻም ተባሂሉ ኣይነበረን። ንኤርትራ ሂብካ ሓያል ከምእትኸውን ብምግባር፡ ኣብዚ ዞባ ተኸላኻሊት ረብሓ ዓበይቲ ሓይልታት ክትከውን ተባሂሉ ዝተወስደ ዘይፍትሓዊ ውሳነ እዩ ነይሩ። እዚ ፍጻመ እዚ፡ ታሪኽ ዓይኑ ከይሓሰወ ዝመዝገቦ ቀዳማይ ዓቢ ክድዓት እዩ።

ኣብቲ እዋን እቲ፡ እቲ ናይ ኣርባዕተ ሓያላን ሃገራት (Four Power Comm­mission) መርማሪ ጉጅለ ናብ ኤርትራ መጺኡ ህዝባዊ ድሌት ክመዝን ከሎ፡ መብዛሕትኡ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ናጽነት ከም ዝደሊ ብንጹር ኣረዲኡ ነይሩ። ይኹን እምበር፡ እቲ ብሕቡራት መንግስታት ኣመሪካ ዝምራሕ ዝነበረ ሓይሊ፡ ንረብሓታት ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዕሽሽ ብምባል፡ ብመሰረት ውሳነ 390 A(V) ንኤርትራ ምስ ኢትዮጵያ ብፈደረሽን ክትቁረን ኣገደዳ። እዚ ሓቂ እዚ፡ “ኤርትራ ብውዲት ሓይልታት ንኢትዮጵያ ንምድኻም ዝተፈጥረት እያ” ዝብል ክሲ ፍጹም ግጉይን ብታሪኽ ዘይደገፍን ምዃ�� የነጽር። ነዚ ታሪኻዊ ሓቂ እዚ ብምኽሓድ፡ ኤርትራ ከም ፕሮጀክት ናይ ወጻኢ ሓይልታት ገይርካ ምቕራብ፡ ነቲ ዝተፈጸመ ታሪኻዊ በደል ናይ ምጥምዛዝ ነውራም ፈተነ እዩ።

ኣብ ሕዳር 1962፡ መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ነቲ ምስ ኤርትራ ዝነበሮ ፈደራላዊ ውዕል ብሓይሊ ብምፍራስ ንኤርትራ ክጐብጣ ከሎ፡ እቲ ፍትሒ ክከላኸል ዝነበሮ ዓለምለኻዊ ማሕበረሰብ ስቕታ እዩ መሪጹ። ውድብ ሕቡራት ሃገራት ይኹን እቶም ናይቲ ውዕል ዓቀብቲ ዝነበሩ ዓበይቲ ሓይልታት፡ ነቲ ናይ ምግባት ተግባር ክቃወምዎ ኣይተሰምዑን። እዚ ስቕታ’ዚ ዘረጋግጾ ሓቂ እንተሃልዩ፡ ህልውናን ልኡላውነትን ኤርትራ ብሓይልታት ዓለም ዝተደገፈ ዘይኮነስ፡ ብኣንጻሩ ብሰንኪ ሸለልትነትን ፖለቲካዊ ረብሓታትን ዓለምለኻዊ ማሕበረሰብ ዝተጠልመ ጉዳይ ምዃኑ እዩ። ዓይኒ ዓለም እናረኣየ፡ ሕጋዊ ውዕል ክፈርስ ከሎ ዓለም ስቕ ምባላ፡ ነቲ “ዓለም ብዓለማ ፍትሒ ዘይኮነስ ረብሓ ጥራይ እያ እትደሊ” ዝብል እምነት ዘደልድል እዩ።

ንጉሳዊ ስርዓት ሃይለስላሰ ነቲ ናይ ኤርትራ ፓርላማ ብወተሃደራዊ ሓይሊ ከቢቡ፡ ባንዴራ ኤርትራ ንምውራድን ፈደረሽን ንምፍራስን ዘሕለፎ ውሳነ፡ ብደረጃ ዓለም ዝዀነ ይኹን ተቓውሞ ኣይገጠሞን። እዚ ድማ፡ ዓለምለኻዊ ሓይልታት ንልኡላውነትን መሰ���ን ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ብምግሃስ፡ ንረብሓታቶም ቀዳምነት ከም ዝሃቡ ዘርኢ ታሪኻዊ ጭብጢ እዩ። እዚ ፍጻመ እዚ፡ ነቲ “ኤርትራ ብውዲት ሓይልታት ዝተፈጥረት እያ” ዝብል ሕሱር ክሲ፡ ብሕጋዊ መገዲ ምሉእ ብምሉእ ፍሹል ይገብሮ። እዚ ዓይነት ሕሱር ፕሮፖጋንዳ’ዚ፡ ነቲ ብሕጋውያን ሰነዳት ውድብ ሕቡራት ሃገራት ዝተመዝገበ ታሪኽ ንምድምሳስ ዝግበር ፍሹል ስልቲ እዩ።

እዚ ዘፍትሓዊ ምግባት እዚ ድማ እዩ፡ ንህዝቢ ኤርትራ ናብቲ ዝመረረን ዝነወሐን ናይ 30 ዓመታት ብረታዊ ቃልሲ ክኣቱ ዘገደዶ። ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ካብ 1961 ክሳብ 1991 ዘካየዶ መሪር ቃልሲ፡ ካብ ወጻኢ ሃገር ዝረኸ�� ወተሃደራዊ ይኹን ቁጠባዊ ደገፍ ኣይነበረን። ብኣንጻሩ፡ እቲ ንኤርትራ ዝወረረ ስርዓት ኢትዮጵያ (መጀመርታ ሃጸያዊ ስርዓት ድሕሪኡ ድማ ወተሃደራዊ ደርግ)፡ ካብ ዓበይቲ ሓይልታት ዓለም ዝተፈላለየ ደገፍ ይረክብ ነይሩ። ሃጸያዊ ስርዓት ካብ ኣመሪካን ሃገራት ኤውሮጳን፡ ስርዓት ደርግ ድማ ካብ ሕብረት ሶቭየት፡ ኩባን ሃገራት ምብራቕ ኤውሮጳን ቢልዮናት ዶላር ዝግመት ዘበናዊ ኣጽዋርን ወተሃደራዊ ስልጠናን ይረክብ ነይሩ። እዚ ድማ፡ ኤርትራ ኣንጻር ሓደ ሓያል ጸላኢ ጥራይ ዘይኮነስ፡ ኣንጻር እቶም ንኡ ዝደግፉ ዝነበሩ ዓለምለኻውያን ዓበይቲ ሓይልታት እውን ገጢማ ከም ዝተዓወተት ዘረድእ እዩ።

እቲ “ርእሰ ምርኰሳ” (Self-reliance) ዝብል ኣብ ውሽጢ ሰውራ ኤርትራ ዝማዕበለ ስነ-ሓሳብ፡ ካብዚ ተመክሮ እዚ ብምብጋስ እዩ። ኤርትራውያን ካብ ወጻኢ ሃገር ዝኾነ ዓይነት ደገፍ ከምዘይንረክብ ምስ ተረዳእና፡ ብገዛእ ዓቕምና፡ ብናይ ውሽጢ ጸጋታትና ተወፋይነትና ተኣማሚንና ኢና ናጽነትና ኣረጋጊጽና። እዚ ድማ፡ ‘ኤርትራ ብውዲት ዓለምለኻዊ ሓይልታት ዝተፈጥረት ሃገር እያ’ ንዝብል ናይ ሓሶት ትረኻ መሊሱ ዘፍርስን፡ ህልውና ኤርትራ ፍረ ናይቲ ፍሉይ ተጻዋርነትን ተጋድሎን ህዝባ ምዃኑ ዘረጋግጽን እዩ። ህላወ ኤርትራ ፍረ ናይ ሓመድን ሑጻን መስዋእቲ እምበር፡ ኣብ ሰደቓ ዲፕሎማሰኛታት ብውሳነ ዝተረኽበ ውህብቶ ኣይኮነን። ነዚ ዓቢ ታሪኻዊ ተጋድሎ እዚ ምንሻው ድማ፡ ንመስዋእቲ ናይ ኣሽሓት ጀጋኑ ምጽራፍ ዘጠቓልል ነውራም ተግባር እዩ።

ድሕሪ ናይ 30 ዓመታት መሪር ቃልሲ፡ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ብወተሃደራዊ መገዲ ናጽነቱ ምስ ጨበጠ፡ ነቲ ናጽነቱ ሕጋዊን ደሞክራስያዊን መሰረት ንምሃብ ናብ ረፈረንደም ኣምረሐ። ኣብ ሚያዝያ 1993 ዝተኻየደ ረፈረንደም፡ ውድብ ሕቡራት ሃገራት፡ ውድብ ሓድነት ኣፍሪቃን ካልኦት ኣማኢት ዓለምለኻውያን ተዓዘብትን ዝተዓዘብዎ እዩ ነይሩ። እቲ ውጽኢት ድማ 99.8% ህዝቢ ኤርትራ “እወ ንናጽነት” ብምባል ድምጹ ሃበ።

እዚ ታሪኻዊ ውጽኢት እዚ፡ ኤርትራ ብድልየት ህዝባ እምበር ብስምምዕ ዲፕሎማሰኛታት ወይ ብናይ ፈጠ��� ውሳነታት ዝተፈጥረት ሃገር ከም ዘይኮነት ንዓለም ዘረጋገጸ እዩ። ስለዚ፡ እቲ ሎሚ ዝለዓል ዘሎ ናይ ፈጠራ ትረኻታት፡ ነዚ ብሰነድ ዝተሰነየ ሕጋዊን ደሞክራስያዊን ምርጫ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝኽሕድ እዩ። እዚ ፍጻመ እዚ፡ ኤርትራ ናይ ህዝቢ ድልየት እምበር ውጺኢት ናይ ዝኾነ ናይ ወጻኢ ሓይሊ ስምምዕ ከም ዘይኮነት ንዓለም ዘርኣየ እዩ። እዚ ረፈረንደም እዚ ንልኡላውነት ኤርትራ ዘበሰረ ናይ መወዳእታ ሕጋዊ ማሕተም ስለዝኾነ፡ ነዚ ንምኽሓድ ዝግበር ፈተነታት መርኣያ ፖለቲካዊ ድንቁርና ጥራይ እዩ።

ካብዚ ሓሊፉ፡ እቲ “ኢትዮጵያ ንምድኻም ዝግበር ውዲት” ዝብል ፕሮፓጋንዳ፡ ምስቲ ኣብ ባይታ ዘሎ ቁጠባዊ ቁጽሪርታት እውን ፈጺሙ ዝተኣሳሰር ኣይኮነን። ገለ ወግዓውያን ጸብጻባት ከም ዘነጽርዎ፡ ኢትዮጵያ ኣብ ዝሓለፉ 30 ዓመታት ብድምር ልዕሊ 114 ቢልዮን ዶላር ዝግመት ቁጠባውን ረድኤታውን ሓገዝ ካብ ዝተፈላለዩ ኣህጉራውያን ትካላትን ሃገራትን ረኺባ እያ። ሕጂ እውን እንተኾነ፡ ብሰንኪ ውሽጣዊ ኲናትን ጌጋ መሪሕነትን ዘጋጠማ ቁጠባዊ ቅልውላው ንምፍታሕ፡ ልዕሊ 3 ቢልዮን ዶላር ዝግመት ናይ ኣህጉራዊ ማዕከን ገንዘብ (IMF) ደገፍ ኣብ መስመር ይርከብ።

እዚ ገዚፍ ሓገዝ እዚ፡ ማሕበረሰብ ዓለም ንኢትዮጵያ ንምዕቃብን ንምሕጋዝን ዘለዎ ጽኑዕ ድልየት እምበር፡ ንምድኻማ ዝግበር ስልታዊ ውዲት ከምዘይኮነ ርእሰ-ግሉጽ ሓቂ እዩ። ስለዚ፡ እቲ ካብ ኣ���ስ ኣበባ ዝተሰምዐ ናይ ውዲት ትረኻ፡ ንውሽጣዊ ስንፍናን ናይ መሪሕነት ድኽመትን ንምሽፋን ዝተሃንጸ ፕሮፓጋንዳ ጥራይ እዩ። እዚ ቁጠባዊ ጭብጢ እዚ፡ ንኹሉ እቲ “ተኸቢብና ኣለና” ዝብል ናይ ሓሶት መድረኽ ብንጹር ዘፍርስ እዩ።

ኣብ ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ ዘላቒ ሰላምን ምርግጋእን ክሰፍን እንተኾይኑ፡ ታሪኽ ካብ ምጥምዛዝን ምስ ጎረባብቲ ሃገራት ናይ ግጭት ባይታ ካብ ምፍጣርን ምቑጣብ ኣገዳሲ እዩ። ፖለቲካዊ ሽግራት ብናይ ፕሮፓጋንዳ ኲናትን ልኡላውነት ጎረባብቲ ሃገራት ብምትንካፍን ክፍታሕ ከም ዘይክእል ታሪኽ ��ይዚ ዞባ ብብዙሕ መገድታት ዝመስከሮ ሓቂ እዩ። እዚ ብመራሕቲ ብልጽግና ዝዝርጋሕ ዘሎ ሕሱር ግን ከኣ ሓደገኛን መናቐጽን ትረኻ፡ ንታሪኻውን ሕጋውን መንነት ኤርትራን ህዝባን ዝኽሕድ ነውራም ፕሮፖጋንዳ ጥራይ ምዃኑ ተረዲእካ፡ ንቕሓት ህዝቢ ምዕባይ የድሊ።

ዘላቒ ምርግጋእ ዝመጽእ፡ ንልኡላውነት ሃገራትን ዓለምለኻዊ ውዕላትን ብምኽባርን፡ ኣብ መንጎ ህዝብታት ሓቀኛን ሰላማዊን ምትሕብባር ብምፍጣርን ጥራይ እዩ። ስለዚ፡ መራሕቲ ጉጅለ ብልጽግና ካብዚ ዓይነት ሓደገኛን ዘይሓላፍነታውን ትረኻታት ወጺኦም፡ ንልኡላውነት ጎረባብቶም ብምኽባር ንሰላምን ርግኣትን ምዕባለን ክሰርሑ ይግባእ። ታሪኽ ምጥምዛዝ ንግዝያዊ ፖለቲካዊ ረብሓ ከገልግል ይኽእል ይኸውን። ኣብ ነዊሕ እዋን ግን ናብ ዝኸፍአ ውድቀት ጥራይ እዩ ዘምርሕ። ልኡላውነት ኤርትራ ንኢትዮጵያ ስግኣት ዘይኮነስ፡ ንሰላም ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ ዓቢ ዓንዲ ሕቖ ምዃኑ ተረዲእካ ምስራሕ ጥራይ እዩ ናብ ሓባራዊ ዕብየት ዝመርሕ። እዚ ሕሱር ፕሮፖጋንዳ እዚ ኣብ ቅድሚ ሓቀኛ ታሪኽን ሕግን ፈጺሙ ክቐውም ከምዘይክእል ግን ኩሉ ክግንዘቦ ዝግባእ ሓቂ እዩ።
