TECOM Group announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2026, delivering revenues of AED 755 million, representing an 11% year-on-year (YoY) increase, alongside a 12% increase in recurring net profit to AED 403 million. The Group reported a resilient first quarter financial performance, driven by strong demand across its specialised business districts and continued growth in its commercial and industrial portfolios.

أعلنت مجموعة تيكوم عن نتائجها المالية للربع الأول من العام 2026، حيث سجّلت إيرادات المجموعة نمواً بنسبة 11% على أساس سنوي لتصل إلى 755 مليون درهم إماراتي، مع نمو بنسبة 12% في صافي الربح المتكرّر ليصل إلى 403 مليون درهم إماراتي. ويعكس الأداء المالي المرونة العالية التي تملكها المجموعة، مدفوعاً بالطلب المتزايد على مجمّعاتها المتخصّصة للأعمال والنمو المستمرّ في محفظة أصولها التجارية والصناعية.

جانب من اجتماع الجمعية العمومية لمجموعة تيكوم، حيث أقرّ المساهمون اقتراح مجلس الإدارة توزيع أرباح نقدية بقيمة 440 مليون درهم إماراتي عن النصف الثاني من العام 2025، ليصل إجمالي الأرباح النقدية الموزّعة لعام 2025 إلى 840 مليون درهم إماراتي.

كما وافق المساهمون على سياسة توزيع الأرباح المعدّلة للسنة المالية 2026.

أعلنت مجموعة تيكوم عن نتائجها للسنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025 (السنة المالية 2025)، حيث سجّلت المجموعة إيرادات قياسية بلغت 2.9 مليار درهم إماراتي بزيادة بنسبة 19% على أساس سنوي، إلى جانب نمو صافي الربح المتكرّر بنسبة 20% على أساس سنوي ليصل إلى 1.5 مليار درهم إماراتي.

وقد ساهم النمو المستدام والقوي ضمن محفظة المجموعة من الأصول التجارية والصناعية والأراضي في تمكينها من تحقيق أداء مميّز في نهاية عام 2025، مدفوعاً بالطلب المتنامي على أصول المجموعة وارتفاع معدلات الإشغال ومواصلة التركيز على تعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية.
