@anandmahindra Sir, I wish to share the sad state of customer service provided by your team. They have been giving template replies,ignoring escalation requests and not reading our actual issues at all.. Our issue is not related to delivery date and yet we get this mutiple times.
@anandmahindra Sir, been trying to get a proper reply from customercare on goof ups done on my xuv700 booking done on 7th Oct for more than a week. Each time initial questions are completely ignored and template replies are given. I would appreciate if you guide who can help out?

Have been through similar experience during my ownership of the NexonEV. Had lots of issues and TML hardly cared to resolve any and issues like Drive to Neutral (D2N) are still not solved. @MGSupportIndia@MGMotorIn I have recently picked up the MG ZS EV 2021. The overall fit and finish is good for the car however, I feel the front lighting is not upto the mark. It is missing fog lights and the headlights are not sufficiently powerful. Please address the issue.
@MGMotorIn@MGSupportIndia@rajeev_chaba All have been waiting for an official resolution on our headlight issue since 2 April. MG does not want to address the issue? So plz note, any changes done for our safety to the lights should not affect the warranty as MG did not fix it.
