@Healthy_Growth_ After decades of innovation in both consumer and enterprise solutions for weight, eating, and exercise, the vast majority of folks are still not making significant progress on their goals. The knowledge and tools for execution continue to improve, yet no meaningful progress.
Despite most employees not self-rating well on weight, eating, and exercise, and many having related goals, the vast majority (~80-90%) are not making significant progress on those goals.
@Healthy_Growth_ I am curious how employee health is impacting overall labor productivity (e.g., https://t.co/4tBos2pDjP). What is happening to the work at your company when half of your teammates say they are not feeling physically and/or mentally well?
I love seeing research that demonstrates actual trade-offs between reasonable alternatives. Plenty of typical disclaimers needed for this study, but excited to see more data come out on the outcomes of different flavors of exercise!
