Thunderstorm in Dallas. 2 theracanes in the office but no coat rack. #orthopt

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

Pt with LBP rode 35 miles on his bike back to back days this weekend with no back pain today. #timefordischarge

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

@JessieUSC2015 no, actually. Do they all have the same surgeon?

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

Misread my own notes; had a patient perform sidelying exercises instead of single-leg. I use SL for single-leg only. Can't blame anyone else

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

Eval'd a husband and wife back to back for B TKA. #2verydifferentpatients

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

@AnnaHoSPT black TB tied to fixed object and around hip joint for self lateral distraction

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

Pt c onset of B shoulder and R knee P after having "flu". No h.o. Shoulder P. Weight lifter. Looks like labral involvement?

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

@DangTonSPT you rock my world. 7 more trains until we're DPTs.

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

Pt>70 y.o. c constant low back pain at night,no positions of comfort, hx of B neuro sx. Good thing pt had MRI in hand & neuro appt scheduled

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

Had 4 patients today comment at various times throughout the day, "you run the show around here." #gotemfooled #donttellmyci

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

That frozen shoulder may never thaw. Lesson learned: don't follow the ER physician's example and put the 90 year old in a sling for 2 months

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

Got to speak to a PA for the first time on the phone about a patient for a referral for positive Babinski #domdsevenexist

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

If patients could write references...#herequestedthestudent

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

When my last patient got on ice, who comes on the radio? None other than the one and only Jon Bon Jovi. #werehalfwaythere

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

So great when your patient responds to tx better than your lab partner, no offense @LizzieB_SPT .

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

Pt 1 mo sp THA presented to therapy today with peroneal nerve pain. Difficult to do a tension test with THA precautions #didntdoit

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

So scapulothoracic mobs make a difference in persistent shoulder pain, apparently

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

Shoulder mobs on a patient with Parkinson's. Cueing the pt to relax their arm doesn't work for hi-tone pathologies

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

Got sprayed with Simple Green today while CI cleaned plinth. You can bet I'll be more cautious cleaning tables adjacent to pts from now on

[Teddy @Teddy_Gehrig]

@AlineH_SPT seated calf raise isn't open chain, but it's relatively low intensity.
