@virginmedia Yes I should have an open complaint as this has been ongoing for a couple of months… I have called (you clearly state calls are recorded), WhatsApp/online chats, and a number of tweets. This is getting boring and I just want clarification I am not going to be charged
@virginmedia I received another email asking for me to make payment! Can you please liaise and communicate with other departments as I was told I will be hearing back in 28 days! As per usual terrible service and communication from Virgin

@virginmedia I have left you yes. Once again I was told I would be contacted and I have evidence of this. I do not have time to waste calling and going through the painful process again.
@virginmedia I was told I would be contacted within 28 days? I have already called and spoken to a number of staff at Virgin and wasted a lot of time going around in circles. I suggest someone’s reads the notes and gets back to me accordingly.

@DannyMcglocks@virginmedia Terrible isn’t it. I was a loyal customer for 3 years and they treat me like like and excuse me of lying about when I cancelled/called.
@virginmedia Ive been a customer for 3 yrs+ after receiving a letter about prices increasing I changed over contracts. I then cancelled within the 14 day period after finding a much better deal elsewhere yet you are still trying to charge me £240 #donotuse#badcustomerservice
@virginmedia No the information wasn’t correct as i was given the wrong dates of calls etc. I will leave it here until I hear back within 28 days. #talktalk know how to treat customers - I would recommend anyone using them over Virgin.
