Shoutout to @kirkmin. Like many, I blindly believed the police narrative that Sandra Birchmore committed suicide because she was depressed about Matthew Farwell not being there to take care of their child. Kirk didn't. He launched a second season of his true crime podcast, something he had zero background in after 20 years of being a no-fucks-given radio guy, and dedicated it to pursuing the theory that Birchmore was murdered. After that it really picked up steam, and combined with the coverup in the Karen Read case it forced the Feds to take a deeper look. Kirk was the catalyst who got this all started.
