Awful experience dealing with @ospreys online/club shop. Having supported the region since it’s inception (& Swansea RFC) you’d expect a little support when THEY send the wrong item not just ‘it’s not us’. There’ll be one disappointed young lad on his birthday. #ThanksForNothing

Trying to get someone who has any clue @CwmTafMorgannwg is proving impossible! Been referred to paediatric bloods for my daughter at Royal Glam and being passed from Haematology, to the Blood Room, to Paediatric OPD. Already spent an hour trying to sort it. #Nightmare
