There's something uniquely powerful about knowing from experience. Russell Lehmann motivates us toward supportive mindsets, drawing from his personal mental health history. Certainty isn't always given, so how can we adapt and find comfort? Join us to hear some of his advice.
We often describe effective solutions as addressing the "root" of a problem. Dr. Adriana Galvan uses neuroscience research to understand the "roots" of juvenile decision making and behavior, informing better correctional policy. Hear her speak at TEDxUCLA 2022!
With an interactive mirrored LED exhibit, interdisciplinary arts showcases, and a live musical performance from these student groups, the talks themselves aren't the only exciting part of our event! More red carpet shenanigans to come...
You've probably heard of eating disorders and substance abuse, but what about addictive nutrition? Dr. Joan Ifland will share a taste of her innovative research on this subject at TEDxUCLA's Conference on June 4th. Join us!
