⚠️Avoid these ecom products at all costs:
- Under $50 AOV (unless LTV play)
- Sub-70% gross margin.
- Products with no defensible mechanism.
- Products with no repeat purchase built in.
- Products where the hook can only speak to one avatar.
- Products where the desire only exists for a small identity.
- Products competing at Stage 5 sophistication with a Stage 1 base claim.
- Products where you can't get the buyer to spend $100 in one transaction.
- Products at Stage 5 sophistication with no way to reset the market with a new mechanism.
- Categories where every competitor is running the same hook, same avatar, same landing page.
10 years of scaling brands past $200M+ in tracked revenue taught me to walk away from every one of these.
“Ecom is so hard”
Not it isn’t
Low CTR → creative problem
Clicks but no sales → offer problem
Sales but no profit → ops problem
Profit but no retention → email problem
@duocpro1 ông ý có trắng tay đâu br , chỉ là vất vả vì phải gồng gánh chi phí + đầu tư thôi. chứ tài sản vẫn nhiều mà . đợt rồi thanh lý ít đồ chắc chia tài sản. comeback sớm thôi.
$10-20M/mo selling Arctic hair oil to women 35+ 🤑
6 taps. No email gate. No charts. No fake graphs.
Just a 'root cause' read --> a 40%-off bundle.
Simplest funnel I've seen rip this hard.

🚨TikTok spends $2,000,000,000 a year on the algorithm that predicts what goes viral before you see it.
a 19-year-old built his own version for $50 a month and made $11,900 from it last month.
he tracks 40 channels in one Google Sheet, scores every outlier against the channel's own median, and feeds the top patterns to Claude.
> Claude extracts the format and writes the shot list: 20 minutes
> CapCut builds the vertical: 40 minutes
> Make publishes to every platform and logs the result: automatic
$50/month in tools. 4 hours to set up. runs every day since.
most channels post first and hope. he checks what already won, then points it at a new subject.
full breakdown of the scoring method below.
I consolidated our whitelisting ads into one ad set with our brand videos.
My CBO performs better with fewer ad sets running.
So instead of keeping whitelisting in its own ad set, I merged them together.
Now the campaign has:
→ One ad set for statics
→ One ad set for whitelisting ads + standard videos
The only reason I'm not combining everything into one ad set is because my static ads always eat the spend. Basically like one big black hole
So I'm using min spend limits on the video ad set to force Meta to distribute budget more evenly.
Keeps the campaign from getting top heavy with one ad set eating 80% of the budget.
Fewer ad sets. Min spend limits to control distribution. Simple.
R.I.P. Ad Creatives.
I built a system that clones any video ad, writes copy, and turns one product into dozens of Meta creatives — automatically.
Most brands think scaling ads means hiring more people. Wrong. It's a creative speed problem, not a media buying one.
How it works:
- Upload a reference video
- Upload your product
- Type your goal/prompt
- Click Remake
One product → dozens of hooks and high-converting UGC videos, in minutes.

People ask why I always use bid cap instead of cost cap to scale supplement brands.
Here's the difference that matters.
Bid cap will simply not spend if it can't hit your target CPA.
Put a $20 target on a $1K daily budget, and Meta won't burn it at a $100 CPA.
It just sits quietly and protects you.
Cost cap looks at a 7-day window instead.
So it can overspend on a bad day, betting it'll balance out later.
Sometimes it never balances.
Bid cap gives you control over profitable acquisition.
When real money is on the line, I'd rather hold the control myself.
The Meta Creator Marketplace keeps getting better and better.
You can now select a Custom or Lookalike audience and see a list of creators with similar audience profiles.
This is publicly accessible via the Creator Marketplace API.
This means 10 minutes in Claude Code can build a dashboard that constantly uncovers new creators with audience profiles statistically similar to your brand.
We used to DREAM OF STUFF LIKE THIS in 2019.
Bid cap is the most underrated scaling tool on Meta in 2026.
Not because it is complicated. Because it is widely misunderstood.
The misunderstanding: people treat bid cap as a budget cap. They set a tight daily budget and a tight bid cap together, then wonder why the campaign barely spends.
The reality: bid cap is an auction instruction. The daily budget is a separate ceiling. You need both set correctly, in opposite directions, or the mechanic breaks.
How to do it right:
> Set the bid cap at your max CPA (target CPA)
> Set the daily budget at 5 to 10x your expected daily spend
> Let it run for 7 days untouched
> Scale by raising the daily budget
Done correctly, bid cap takes accounts from $1k/day to $10k/day without ROAS degradation.
