@cogecohelps What is the status of this morning's tv and internet outage in Burlington? While TV service has been restored internet download speeds have not and the outage page is not available when my postal code is entered.

@cogecohelps Was moved to the Spam folder in webmail by me. Wasn't caught by spam filtering nor did it have any reference to my email address anywhere.

@cogecohelps Just received a phishing email with a phony login page on google docs for Cogeco email .
Was not addressed to my email specifically so may have been sent to some or all Cogeco email users Shown to originate from <[email protected]> Beware!

@cogecohelps email addressed to me
undelivered last night (Oct26/2021 at 8:14 pm) for the following reason "client [209.71.212.31] blocked using https://t.co/oS9jC8GXHT" Was addressed properly. The originating ISP was Bell Sympatico. Cogeco is blocking Bell? What is going on?

@cogecohelps @miller2727 The only emails being received are from within the cogeco user base. It's of little use to tell us the server is up.

@cogecohelps @miller2727 I first became aware of this problem on the morning of Aug 3. After spending a lot of time on the phone providing detailed information to cogeco, emails started trickling in later in the day. I also believe not all arrived or were recovered. Disappointing to learn it's recurring.

@cogecohelps Is cogeco repeating its email problems from 5 days ago? I'm not receiving emails from non cogeco addresses and senders are not getting un deliverable messages

@spug92 @cogecohelps I know of others that this is happening to. I believe the reason there are not a great number of complaints is that the senders do not know the messages are undelivered and therefore the recipients don't know what they haven't received.

@spug92 @cogecohelps @cogeco Some emails have gotten through, many others, no. I still haven't received test emails to myself from my gmail account. Spent an hour on the phone this morning and the rep said she will escalate the issue and someone will get back to me..So far, crickets.
