@AzurLaneMeta If you look at the character sheet, it says "Tempestas" at the top, where any other faction would usually be displayed. The JP official twitter also confirmed that as a whole new faction.

@DerLindwurm She won't. There's nothing this Retrofit could possibly do for her to make her more useful for any level of play. Not even complete beginners because the game also throws Portland your way, whose retrofit is leagues better than Shropshire's could ever be.
