@Amtrak The attendants can’t be assigning seats onboard to optimize space for the number of passengers if it is one not a full train and two there is a full empty cart not being utilized. I always call before boarding and confirmed this was never a full train. I will dm now.

@Amtrak why are your workers giving out assigned seats when that is not even an option on your website? Again this train is not full! Then when they don’t comply your worker yells at the passenger which I’ve witnessed the lady with the shorter braids and glasses do.

@Amtrak Also why is there one cart that is completely empty?! You have everyone in two carts basically heading north. Where you all could have more options for the passengers so sit you all limit access. This is the first time me ever seeing this! Horrible!

@Amtrak why are several bathrooms out of order with no signs to inform passengers? Why is it that the two that do work one has pee all on the floor and one does not lock! When informing the crew we were told okay so “you all(5 ppl waiting) have to wait for the other bathroom.”

@Amtrak why is that same individual after yelling over the intercom at 7AM going around and repeating the same thing to passengers who were already doing what she asked ? The amount of people who feel the same as me about your workers is disgusting! We are alllllll fed up!

@Amtrak Not all were rude the lady from New Orleans very pleasant the older lady with the bob very nice ! I’m specifically talking about the ladies with braids & glasses! I will be making a formal complaint. People pay their hard earned money & should have a pleasant experience.

@Amtrak is the worst! I have traveled the Amtrak several times and have never had an experience like this !Let’s first start with your workers. You all have some of the most nastiest and disrespectful workers I have ever encountered on crescent 20.
