@CityPowerJhb Peter Road Substation is about 3 km from Wilgeheuwel, how is it that Wilgeheuwel is connected to this substation while areas close to the substation are not affected by it.

@CityPowerJhb Wilgeheuwel, same problem day in day out. All areas across the road have power. Why is this small area connected to every power failure whereas areas across the road are not. This has been happening almost every day. We are fed up.

@CityPowerJhb CP is playing with Wilgeheuwel, we have had power failure almost everyday this year. This past week was the only one were we had no power interruption for a week but here we are back to same issue. CP knows this issue and there is no desire to fix it permanently.

@CityPowerJhb Power went off before 6am today and here we are 12 hours later and it has not been fixed something they know and even showed the picture of the burnt out joinery in the morning.

@CityPowerJhb The Wilgeheuwel issue is triggering. This has been going on every day since last week Thursday when the power went off at 08:30. CP know what the problem is & they is no will to fix it. How can we be having power failure after failure daily for over a week & it's not resolved.

@ali_naka Your government thinks protects will be done in the city centre so they have mobilised the police into the city. People should start protesting in the townships & amass to critical mass, any number above 10000 in each area and the police will be overwhelmed

@CityPowerJhb @RallTeagan You said they were on site, more that four hours ago. Now technicians will investigate. You realise that we had no power from Thursday 08:30am until Yesterday and less than 24 hours later it's off. You are taking residence of this area for guaranteed.

@CityPowerJhb As expected, you guys tell us bullshit. Wilgeheuwel you said technicians onsite, now handed to nightshift and then tomorrow at 2pm you will tell us Technicians being dispatched to investigate. I think time for protests in now the only way.

@CityPowerJhb You say onsite, after another 24 hours you will say they are being dispatched to investigate. CP this is unacceptable, this is the highest level of incompetence. In a normal country someone senior at CP should be gone.

@CityPowerJhb Wilgeheuwel again, just after about 24 hours of power being restored. It's off again. This is after more that 48 hours of no power. CP need to take us seriously, this is no longer funny. We pay for this service neither do you pay for the food that gets bad as a result of this.

@CityPowerJhb We have had I think 6 power failures since Jan, all taking more than 24hrs for a band aid solution. That is 2 power failures in each month and no permanent solution to fix it is made despite so called maintenance outages for the whole day.

@CityPowerJhb Wilgeheuwel off again, after 48 hours without power. Why is it that CP can not fix this issue. How does power come on for 30 minutes after 48 hours and poof off it goes again. I think time for protests is now needed, we are fed up with this incompetence.
