It received a favorable committee report, was recommended “ought to pass,” and was referred to the Senate Ways and Means Committee

Here is what the bill would do

- Serve as a resource and liaison between government and Muslim communities
- Promote research and act as a clearinghouse on issues affecting American Muslims
- Inform leaders in business, education, government, media, etc., about those issues
- Foster unity among Muslim organizations
- Identify and recommend qualified American Muslims for appointive positions at all levels of government, including boards and commissions.

- Advise executive and legislative bodies on the potential effect of proposed legislation on American Muslims

NEW: Father of the 6-year-old boy who was stabbed to death in Kentucky goes scorched earth after the man who killed his son was released from prison *again* after being re-arrested.

The father of Logan Tipton previously said he would kill Ronald Exantus if they ever crossed paths after Exantus broke into their home and killed his son.

Exantus was released early from prison in 2025 after serving just 10 years for stabbing Tipton in the head.

He had been found not guilty by "reason of insanity" in 2018.

Just 12 days after being released from prison, he was re-arrested in Florida for not registering as a convicted felon.

"Last year, this monster was released from jail due to Kentucky’s mandatory reentry supervision program. He reoffended, and got a pathetic 9 additional months. He is being released today despite the opportunity to hold him in a mental facility," said Kentucky State Rep. TJ Roberts.

Dean Tipton is speaking out about Exantus' release on Facebook.

"The judge and jury gave this monster a slap on the wrist while handing down a life sentence to my family," he said.

"Trying really hard to not let this break me....Ive carried so much over the years since Logan going to be with our Lord. I have woke up everyday, put on my fake a** smile and have carried on with life and literally living through hell."

🚨#BREAKING: A man who m*rdered his own FATHER because he was asked to WASH DISHES... is now accused of setting a fire that burned roughly 700 homes to the ground and forced 65,000 people to flee.

Yes, he k*lled his dad over DISHES and he wasn't in prison.

His name is Aaron Farinacci. He's 37.

Back in 2010, in Mesa, Arizona, Farinacci got into an argument with his father, because his father asked him to do the dishes.

So he shot him de*d.

Then he pointed the gun at his own mother.

Then he shot himself and survived.

He was charged with first-degree M*RDER... but that got knocked down, and he pleaded guilty to mansl*ughter.

Now fast forward to this week in Spokane, Washington.

The Old Trails Fire tore through neighborhoods north of the city. It destroyed around 700 structures, most of them homes.

As many as 65,000 people were forced to evacuate. Investigators say it was intentionally set.

And they've arrested Aaron Farinacci.

Police say he had waterproof matches and a butane lighter on him and found him kneeling in the grass right where the fire started.

The sheriff says he's been contacted before for "arson-related behavior."

Here's the part that will make you sick.

On the DAY the fire started, a witness reported a nervous man in the trees.

Police actually stopped Farinacci a mile away, questioned him... and let him GO.

Now 700 families may be staring at the ashes of everything they built.

But here's who got him: ordinary citizens.

Neighbors who saw something wrong and refused to stay quiet.

The prosecutor said that this case was cracked by "vigilant citizens" who spoke up.

THANK GOD for people who pay attention.

He's charged with first-degree arson, held on a $1 million bond.

How does a man plead guilty to k*lling his own father... and end up free, with a lighter, next to 65,000 people's homes?

NEW: ICE identifies a man arrested by Kansas City police for flying a drone in a no fly zone during the FIFA World Cup as a previously deported Mexican illegal alien with a lengthy criminal history. ICE says they were notified Jose Garrido-Benitez is in the US illegally after his arrest for flying the drone near Arrowhead Stadium and they took custody of him and federal agents seized his drone.

ICE says Garrido-Benitez was arrested by law enforcement in Missouri and Kansas six times between 1999 and 2004 and was previously deported in 2003 but illegally re-entered, which is a felony.

He was convicted of felony forgery in 2004 and spent five years in a Missouri prison. He is now in ICE custody and in deportation proceedings.

NEW: A Los Angeles rioter who was caught on video pouring lighter fluid onto a burning California Highway Patrol cruiser from a freeway overpass in downtown LA during anti-ICE riots last summer has been sentenced to three years in federal prison. I'm told by sources 23-year-old Yachua Mauricio Flores is also an illegal alien from Mexico. He was sentenced to 37 months behind bars and will also have to pay $250,000+ in restitution.

On top of pouring lighter fluid onto a burning CHP cruiser, he also threw an electric scooter down onto the CHP vehicles where officers were pinned down with rocks, chunks of concrete, and other projectiles on the 101 freeway. Flores pleaded guilty to one count of obstructing, impeding, and interfering with law enforcement officers during a civil disorder.

Expect him to be handed over to ICE as soon as he gets out of federal prison.

The case was prosecuted by @USAttyEssayli office, who reacted to the sentencing:

"Violent attacks on law enforcement will result in federal prison time," Essayli said. "Those who escalate chaos and endanger officers will be held accountable."

NEW: Per multiple federal sources, ICE made roughly 51,000 immigration arrests during the month of July, an average of 1,645 per day and the highest single month of arrests the agency has ever recorded. This comes after ICE made roughly 43,000 arrests in the month of June, which was record setting at the time.

Bottom line, ICE has now notched back to back months of their highest arrest totals in agency history after a brief dip in the numbers in the aftermath of Minneapolis and the DHS shutdown.

Thousands of new ICE hires are hitting the streets, and the agency's coffers are plush with billions in cash after two reconciliation bills to fund them during Trump's second presidency.

ICE records reveal that the viral Haitian illegal alien gang member we witnessed being arrested by ICE Boston during the first week of Trump 2.0 in January 2025 still has not been deported. He remains in ICE custody in Louisiana nearly 18 months after yelling “F**k Trump, Biden forever bro!” to our cameras during his ICE arrest in East Boston on 1/22/25. He had 17 criminal convictions in just over two years on his rep sheet.

I’m told by ICE sources he has had a deportation order since at least January 2026 and he has been using every legal avenue to try to avoid removal from the U.S.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen an illegal alien held in ICE detention this long.
