@IrishRail And if this happened to me, someone with computer literacy, imagine how many elderly people are being scammed left and right by this system.

@IrishRail needs to make their website and booking more open and honest.

So @IrishRail let me book €50 flexible tickets just for me to not be able to use them because I already downloaded the QR code.

The website states printed tickets can't be updated. I booked a return journey because of course I did so I HAD to download the tickets this morning.

@IrishRail So now we spend €50 we don't have to spend for new tickets or my wife, just out of surgery, gets to sit in the train station 3 hours from home, in pain and doped up, for 6 more hours.

I am shaking with rage. What a despicable, scammy system.
