I was denied entry to #CostcoLiverpool as I wasn't wearing a mask. I have a medical exemption but this was refused. I was told "No mask, no entry mate!" Never again!

@arrivanorthwest my granddaughter boarded the 300 in Southport last week and tried to pay her fare with a £5.00 note. Her fare was £2.20. The driver said he couldn't give her change and kept her £5.00. Poor service.

No, she got a £20 fine and the entire carriage watched her ordeal.
