You're coming at this from a "not normal so wrong" point of view. Which is unhelpful

if oda wasn't a coward:

· robin would have the 2nd-highest bounty and haki.
· sanji would be a woman.
· at least one SH would be openly, canonically queer (nami/zoro).
· there'd be more than one woman in positions of power (warlords, emperors of the sea, supernovas, etc.)
