@Kirby__283@Depunked@tonylvalenz@YearOldOnTwit Unfortunately, the industry still operates on an exclusive games basis to sell consoles, and Phil was very deluded if he thought he didn't need that.
@Kirby__283@Depunked@tonylvalenz@YearOldOnTwit Yeah, pretty much. He effectively killed the need for an Xbox when they started bringing their "exclusives" to PC and eventually PS5. And hey, I enjoy having those games on PC, and I do think all games being multi-platform is an overall positive.
@AnimatorDanny@VexTheSunEater@BethesdaStudios Not probably, it is.
Skyrim came out in 2011. This teaser was announced in 2018. So, 7 years between Skyrim's launch and TES6 teaser announcement.
And considering 2018 was 8 years ago, well...
@YaBoiNathan97@VexTheSunEater@BethesdaStudios C) This could be a possibility, actually. With Starfield's mixed to negative reception, it is very possible that they might have stuff in TES6 they need to redo due to knowing people will not like it.
@YaBoiNathan97@VexTheSunEater@BethesdaStudios A) Unlikely. Bethesda just takes an insane amount of time to make games. Starfield was their focus before, so they weren't working on TES6 until very recently.
B) Elder Scrolls are single-player games, so it's unlikely that multiplayer elements are the cause. Could be the story.
@hyreina_VT@VexTheSunEater@BethesdaStudios It was essentially an impulsive "Fine, here you go, TES6 is real, now shut up about it" moment. They were sick and tired of people asking about TES6, so they did that teaser just to shut people up. Ironically, that made people even more desperate for it as time went on.
@Invalid_Id91@EnlinksLeonhart@Rev_says_desu Does the gift of life really outweigh the suffering those infants would face? I tell you right now, if I were an unborn soul and knew that my would-be parents would be unloving and neglectful, I'd honestly rather they abort me. I would not want that kind of life.
@Invalid_Id91@EnlinksLeonhart@Rev_says_desu This is exactly my mindset. I am pro-choice, however, I really don't like the idea of abortion. Despite that, I am still pro-choice because who are we to force a child to be born to unloving parents and grow up unloved and neglected?
