Is 300# “big weight,” especially for someone seeking to play OLB at the collegiate level? Perhaps not, but considering I wasn’t able to put the bar + weight on my shoulder as little as 3 months ago, I’ll take it considering how hard I’ve been working to get back to “big weight” levels!! Keep grinding, keep pursuing the dream.

3 months ago, fresh off rehab and down 20+ lbs in muscle, I was nervous about even adding a plate to the bar. Since then I’ve gotten stronger every week, and repped out 250# yesterday. Can’t wait to see where I am by spring as I continue to follow my dream of playing football at the next level! #blessed
