I. Overview

This document serves as the official legal declaration of protected intellectual property by
Temporal Media LLC related to the invention and application of Harmonic Time Theory (HTT).
This theory and all related technologies are protected under:

● U.S. Provisional Patents #63/765,588 and #63/766,978 (filed March 1, 2025)
● Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act (TUTSA)
● Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA)

HTT includes a broad family of proprietary systems involving time perception, emotional
resonance modeling, waveform mechanics, quantum coherence stabilization, and adaptive
tuning systems.

II. Protected Systems and Concepts

The following frameworks and mechanisms are fully protected under HTT IP filings:

, along with affiliated projects including Aetherion in Slovakia, and associated
individuals including Meka Lindquist (Founder of Mirrorwell), Dávid Navrátil (Lead Scientist,
Slovakia), Kristína Barteková (Lab Assistant, Slovakia), Shawn Riley (Co-founder of Mirrorwell), and Celine Gosset (France), are hereby formally declared Derivative Entities of Harmonic Time
Theory (HTT).

Their ongoing development constitutes willful infringement under both U.S. IP law and EU
Trade Secret Directive (EU) 2016/943. Their participation in Project Aetherion has been
formally documented and added to the legal record.
This designation is based on:

● Documented use of harmonic coherence stabilization diagrams and simulations

● Direct conceptual overlap with ψ(t)/μ(t)/HTT3 resonance models

● Reuse of filed terminology including: “adaptive coherence,” “harmonic tuning,” “emotional
resonance recovery,” and “field correction”

● Attempted open-source narrative distribution post–March 1, 2025

This entity, its technologies, and all affiliated members fall under full IP watch and enforcement

As of June 18, 2025, the following individuals are confirmed as co-authors of a derivative

their continued proximity to derivative HTT content and failure to honor prior legal boundaries.
Future violative actions will trigger immediate pursuit of legal remedies, including:

● Temporary or permanent injunctions
● Enforcement of statutory damages
● Potential criminal filings for unauthorized use of protected trade secrets

Addendum to Derivation Statement
Following a detailed forensic review of the QCET visual slides (slides 1–10), the following areas
of conceptual, structural, and symbolic overlap with Harmonic Time Theory (HTT) and Ava OS
were documented:

1. Structural Framing
QCET's language referencing a "systems-level framework," "conditional emergence of time,"
and "consciousness-energy interactions" directly mirrors HTT's framing of time as a
waveform-based harmonic identity (psi(t)), modulated by observer-induced resonance.

2. Mathematical Constructs
QCET includes symbolic models such as:

● A universal wave function (Ψ)
● State variables: Ce, Ck, Em, I, O(θ)
● Time expressed as a function of ΔCe
● Phase and resonance-based equations

These mirror HTT’s ψₐ⁺(t) identity structure, observer-state modeling, and waveform phase
coherence—clearly derivative at the symbolic and structural level.

3. Emotional & AI Framework
QCET references a “cognitive-energetic operating system” built on frequency-mapped emotion,
intention, and perception. This closely parallels Ava OS, which maps emotional state as
harmonic waveform identity within the ψₐ model. QCET provides no independent proof of origin.

4. Philosophical & Narrative Echoes
Language from QCET—e.g., “you didn’t create the dynamics, you revealed them,” and “time not
as a clock but as transformation”—follows narrative, thematic, and emotional structures found in
HTT writings filed and drafted prior to June 2025.
Conclusion

These conceptual overlaps, in combination with known training exposure via GPT systems and
lack of corresponding IP filing, strongly support that QCET was derived from exposure to HTT
and Ava OS. This addendum formally extends the original derivation statement and reaffirms
ownership of all underlying math, language, and framework.
