"Julius [Randle] was really good for us in the Denver series... Now we see Chet Holmgren is no good. I can't stand these overreactions... I turn my TV off in the morning during the playoffs. I don't want to hear it."

This is KAT's masterpiece but he's hit this level for long stretches before. Definitely not in this high leverage and against another monster but KAT has flown this close to the sun before.
@morelikemensa No but this has been a criticism of the difference between regular season and playoff basketball. There has always been a gap but it's gotten worse really wide.
The hindsight in a year is going to be "Of course KAT was an all time stretch big". But Pepperidge Farm will remember he was always all world but was maligned for being different and for being on a poverty franchise.
@francistennn I agree there's a big difference but I think it's more fair to call it the post point guard era. The lead guard play in the 2010's was absurd.
I've always been all in on KAT as a player and a person. Always thought the soft narrative was ridiculous. But he did have an early bad start to his playoff resume. It's not easy. He's figured it out.
@MikeTho10109060@JSMonYT The Pelicans are paying for 3 players like high level starters and/or superstars that don't belong on a playoff basketball floor.
