Today we met @MoHUDmv Minister Athifa to discuss our concerns regarding the draft Tenancy Act, which will be sent to Majilis on 30th October 2019.
The points we raised follow:

19. Protection for elderly, disabled and victims of domestic violence.
20. If the habitability of the unit deteriorates, tenants may sue the landlord to reduce rent.
21. Entrance door locks must be accompanied by intercom units.
