@sussex_police Genuinely still can’t believe the officer who attended this call walked away. It’s cost the family thousands to pay for the legal occupant of the house to have somewhere to stay, while the person who coerced his way in is living in her home free of charge.

Turns out it isn't an offence to do what I asked in that post.
So, if anyone out there fancies and upgrade on their house, choose one you like, coerce your way in, frighten the occupants out, then while they're out, change the locks! Boom! New House free of charge.
