TennCare plans to introduce two additional benefits to the CHOICES program. Starting on July 1, 2025, in addition to the existing HCBS benefits, Employment Services and Supports, as well as Enabling Technology, will be available for individuals enrolled in CHOICES Group 2 and 3.
