Well, @blueacornco, it’s now been 3.5 weeks and 3 help tickets created. Was told 5-7 days for response all three times...and NOTHING. Heads up, small biz owners! If you have tons of time to waste and don’t mind horrible customer svc, then @blueacorn has got you covered.

I've tried everything. Chat is pointless because they just say "We're escalating it and will contact you in a few days". All lies and a total scam. @blueacornco @bbb_us

@blueacornco Lol. I've put in two support tickets. Both told me I'd hear something within 5-7 days. 21 days later, not a peep from anyone. Beyond frustrated and SBA knows nothing about why you're showing I have a loan number assigned with then. It's going to run out and no one seems to care.

Applied w/ @blueacornco on 3/19. Stuck in sba approval since then. Rep said it on hold bc SBA already showed loan # for me. Called SBA, they say it’s bs and they don’t know what they’re talking about. No answers for weeks with BA. Smells like a #scam.
