@Ocado My elderly dad had shopping delivered today. One bag contained 3×2pt milk, 2×1L lemonade & 3L cleaning products. It leaked everywhere, soaking all his groceries and the entire crate.
At his age, cleaning it up and putting it away was really tough.

I am a vulnerable customer trying to access my own SIPP. You failed to send my Customer Reference Number despite me requesting it TWICE in writing that was delivered by recorded delivery. I wrote requesting my Customer Reference Number, twice, explicitly, in a formal letter.
