@shelvacu @IsaacKing314 I mean it’s still encoding-dependent, and its “finite” runtime depends on how long the Turing Machines take to halt, which is of course as uncomputable as anything else here... In practice this just makes it basically “computably possible to lower bound,” which many things are.
