We still plan to use Snapshot, but while we're awaiting Sparrow updates to allow us to use Snapshot we're moving forward with our own governance system

We would like to incentivize the maximum liquidity for the ETH bridge, therefore we made this decision to kee these rewards as large as possible for as long as possible. This also still leaves us with one additional tier 3 farm yet to incentivize.

We are approaching our 3rd rewards halving which takes place on the 17th of March at 12 (noon) UTC

The $ETH / $UBQ farm will maintain the same level of rewards as the last month, effectively consuming 2x tier 3 farms rewards instead of launching rewards for a new farm
