@Oppenheimer702@Am_Blujay So home affairs has been corrupt with documentation of foreigners but you want the same corrupt home affairs to conduct a verification process for all foreign nationals. I’m sure that will go well.
@TheTruth3212@Ayanda_Tr@NinetayFour@paddypower Also Several teams in that group including Lesotho and Zimbabwe played their home games in South Africa. Meaning South Africa played a considerable number of away games at home. Make of that what you will.
@TheTruth3212@Ayanda_Tr@NinetayFour@paddypower Nigeria set themselves up for failure with bad leadership and coaching during the qualifiers. Ask South Africa how they performed in the last Afcon compared to Nigeria. Ask them also who knocked them out of Afcon 2023. Spoiler alert it was Nigeria
@eco_slays@ConnCFC@TKainZero SGA doesn’t just embellish contact. I saw the games in the western conference finals. SGA routinely jumps into players and then flops like he’s been shot by a sniper and your refs encourage it. He jumped into DeAaron Fox in one of the games and got two free throws.
@eco_slays@ConnCFC@TKainZero Im against diving in football and it should be a red card offense but diving is not what the average player does. Flopping however is what SGA and OKC do and I see very little criticism from folks at espn who criticize soccer players for the same thing. That’s the hypocrisy
@eco_slays@ConnCFC@TKainZero My problem with this diving argument is that yall have SGA who won the nba mvp twice with worse diving than any soccer player I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen folks on espn defend his flopping. So how is that okay in basketball but bad in soccer?
@KahunaKome I remember back then in those Afcons anything Kanu was coming on from the bench Nigerian fans in the stadium would start celebrating. He would come on and create goals he was creative and skillful like that. Not every striker has to be a goal scorer some are supporting strikers
